It ain't just a Synod thing, folks! It ain't just a German/Belgium bishops thing, folks! It ain't just a Vatican II thing, folks! It's a Catholic thing, folks. By comparison with 50 years ago, more cardinals and bishops -- many known for doctrinal orthodoxy -- today support calls and discussions for more married priests in the Latin Rite.
